Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between you and RankSEOGrow. By using RankSEOGrow you accept them.
The service
RankSEOGrow provides SEO opportunity reports, audits and related tools. Reports combine live data, published benchmarks, models and optional AI suggestions, each labelled. They are estimates and recommendations, not guarantees of rankings, traffic, leads or revenue.
Your account
Keep your login secure. You're responsible for activity under your account. One person per account unless your plan includes team seats.
Acceptable use
- Only audit websites you own or have a legitimate reason to analyse, at normal speed. Don't use RankSEOGrow to overload or attack any site.
- Don't scrape the site, bypass plan limits or resell reports as a service without the Agency plan.
- Don't use reports to make false claims about competitors.
Plans and payment
Free plans have daily limits. Paid plans renew automatically each month or year until cancelled. Prices are shown in your chosen currency; taxes may be added at checkout. Regional prices apply to the country of your billing details. See the refund policy.
Your content
You keep the rights to what you enter and the reports you generate. You give us permission to process it to provide the service. Aggregated, anonymous statistics may be used to improve benchmarks.
Our content
The site, software, design and original text belong to RankSEOGrow. Benchmark tables may be quoted with a link. Third-party data belongs to its publishers.
Availability
We aim for high availability but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. Third-party data sources (autocomplete, PageSpeed, AI) can change or stop.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, RankSEOGrow is provided "as is", and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or rankings.
Ending the agreement
You can close your account any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Consumers keep any mandatory rights they have where they live.
